Starting at the German Mining Museum, the tour traces the city’s history from its rural beginnings, through the coal and steel era, to its present-day status as a modern centre of knowledge and culture.

There are no scheduled stops along the way, and there is no toilet on the bus – please make arrangements for this in advance.
